Plant passport labels

Plant labels printed from your stock, not typed out

Names, sizes, prices, barcodes and passport details come from the products and batches you already hold in HortiOwl, so a label is a click rather than a job.

Labels for every job

Product and batch labels, price tags, shelf and location labels, barcodes and delivery labels — all from the same place, on the label sizes nurseries use.

  • Thermal roll labels
  • Loop-lock and stick-in plant tags
  • Self-adhesive labels
  • Bed cards

Plant passports on the label

Print the UK plant passport straight onto the plant's label, taken from the batch itself, so the passport travels on the plant. Each letter on the passport stands for one piece of information:

  • A — the botanical name of the plant
  • B — the registration number of the business issuing the passport
  • C — the traceability code, usually your batch number
  • D — the country of origin, where the plant was grown

Pictures on your labels

Put the plant's own photo on its label, along with your logo and any other images you want, such as care symbols or a growing guide picture. Photos come from the product, so each label shows the right plant.

Your design, saved

Lay a label out once with the fields and pictures you want, save it, and use it every time. Keep as many layouts as you need.

Straight from the order

Print the labels for a picking list, delivery note or goods-in straight from that document, so the right labels go with the right plants.

Your printers

HortiOwl prints to the label printers you already have, from the office or the potting shed.
