No. The webstore is a complete shop at its own address. If you already have a website, link to the shop from it.
Yes. Trade customers sign in and see their own prices; the public sees your retail prices, or none if you'd rather not show them.
Orders don't go through until your team accepts them, so you can check them first and decline any you can't fill.
No. You can keep your Shopify shop and connect it to HortiOwl, so stock stays in step and Shopify orders are recorded automatically. It's an optional add-on.
