Refunds become credit notes in one click

When you refund a customer on Shopify, HortiOwl shows the refund and its reason, and turns it into a credit note when you're ready. If the plants came back, the stock goes back to the batch it came from.

Choose which products go on Shopify — one at a time, a whole category, or hundreds at once — and they're added with their price, VAT, barcode, description and photo, on the sales channels you choose.
